With China adding the equivalent of France to its electrical grid every year -- 90% of it in coal -- talk about reducing global carbon emissions is just prattle.
America could go 100% carbon-neutral and, other than some warm & fuzzy feelings of responsibility, it would accomplish very little on a global scale. And the vaunted Hestia will ultimately demonstrate that.
